Angel’s Wings

The way he loves me like no other,

Fills my heart with awe

My friend, my husband and my lover

He is the one that I adore

He greets me every single day

With a warm and generous heart

There positively is no way

That we shall ever part

That is what I truly supposed

Until that fateful day

When he was taken by the Holy Ghost

Spread his wings and flew away

Yet, I am not alone, since the day he did depart

As, before he died, he promised, to wrap his wings around my heart
